Every New Year I choose a word that reflects my aspirations and sets the tone for the year ahead. This year I chose the word Elevate. Elevate represents growth, improvement, intention, and the courage to aim higher. It means stepping into my boldness and out of my comfort zone. It's about leveling up personally and professionally. It also reflects my purpose to empower women to turn their dreams into reality.
