Empower Her Story is an empowerment organization that helps ambitious women gain clarity, overcome limiting beliefs and take specific action to achieve their goals. Our mission is to help women navigate their self care and personal development journey so that they can create the lives they desire full of freedom, fulfillment, and joy. We offer workshops, retreats, coaching programs and wellness products that teach women how to put themselves first, build their confidence, and turn their dreams into reality.

I started prioritizing myself when I realized I am my daughter’s first teacher. She watches everything I do and I want to make sure she sees me taking care of myself.
